Recipe Fish Stew

I wouldn't want to do that! I'd get tired of it!! I don't cook like that any more.:headshake:
I agree, seafood stews and most seafood are a "here and now" and not meant to be reheated, IMHO. Reheating, even very gently can result in over cooking. It was perfect when served.
 
I ate out with a friend the other night & had Baked Haddock Florentine, topped with a crumb coating, spinach, lobster and a sherry sauce.

Superb!! :wink:
