JK, I wouldn't know, joke based on a forum exchange with SSNO awhile back. But actually I bet it would taste pretty good, especially after a pitcher of margaritas!

the absolute classic routine for 'french fries' is a lower temp fry - which gets the middle done.
then a higher temp fry to brown and crisp them.

if you want to season the fries with powdered type seasonings - that must be applied&fries tossed _immediately_ when they come out of the hot oil.
