Fried chicken talk

heavy cast iron pans ? , i have a total of 7 of them ..i repeat nobody can fry chicken in one as well as they can a deep fryer. end of story

I prefer to agree with things that I KNOW to be true, rather than listen to the opinion of some stranger, who obviously does not know what he is talking about.
