Sorry. I realised that and corrected my post. The fluting could make for sticking! grease them well. They are not foil but very light alloy. I'll try Yorkies but I rarely eat other puddings. I'm a little wary of the Yorkies sticking through.
In fact, these moulds are more like the size of the ones I use. But yours are 'fluted'. I'm not sure if that is an issue. Probably not. The thing is, with Yorkshires, that you need to get the fat sizzling in the base of the mould before pouring in the batter. Can you do that in the Halogen?
In that case: grease moulds first. Then sizzle 1/4 inch of oil in the base of the moulds. Then pour in batter and cook. I'm very interested to see what happens! It gets much hotter in the halogen oven than my gas oven ever did.
Could be. But they are fluted...I thought they looked liked cupcake molds.
That is the exact pattern on US cupcake liners.Could be. But they are fluted...
Oh yes - we have the paper ones too but they are usually used in plain metal cake/muffin tins. That is the exact pattern on US cupcake liners.
Though they are usually paper.
Fluted again... but I trust it fits into the halogen oven.
