We were in bed about 10.30, apparently I missed a spectacularly loud fireworks display at midnight.

I didn’t make it to bed 
I remember there was a lot of laughter and merriment though so that’s a good start to 2024
Tbh I’m not sure how I’ve got away with it but I can say chopping a load of veg for the teppanyaki now seems like quite the task

This was taken about 12.30am. We finally got home around 4 because the taxis were in chaos!
