Heating fizzy drinks

“Odd as hot soda might sound, it's really not all that different from, say, a glass of hot cider.”
Supposedly, Dr Pepper has the following flavours/ingredients: amaretto, almond, blackberry, black licorice, carrot, clove, cherry, caramel, cola, ginger, juniper, lemon, molasses, nutmeg, orange, prune, plum, pepper, root beer, rum, raspberry, tomato, and vanilla.
My American friends love it, just as we Brits love tea with milk and the Scots love Irn Bru.
Each to their own.

I don’t think theres anything wrong with liking Dr Pepper or any type of food/drink it was the comparison with hot cider, I’m from Somerset remember Cider is King there, a comparison with Dr Pepper is just NOPE.

SandwichShortOfAPicnic - remember the cider discussion we had just a short time ago? The comparison is to hot apple cider, the brown gold we Americans love in the autumn, not the alcoholic hard cider that you’re used to there.
