I finished this frittata in the Halogen oven. Cooked on hob to set the underneath then in Halogen to set the top.
High rack or low rack? Or on a plate on top of one of the racks?
I cooked it in a Staub new cast-iron pan (which was very expensive but to which I'm becoming addicted!) which happens to fit in the Halogen - high rack at 180C until set.

Well I guess you never missed having one!
Achiote & Chilli Chicken breast - marinated and then cooked on top rack (on foil) with extension ring. 180 C for 20 mins, turning once. Then I charred the top with blowtorch.
