How in the world do you make fried chicken?

If I don't feel like frying chicken I'll oven fry chicken breasts. I bread the chicken breasts in flour, paprika, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Place on a tray and then pour a tbsp of olive oil on top. Then every 10 minutes baste the skin and it will get crispy. Not quite as good as real fried chicken but less clean up and a healthier option. You can also try the TFal Actifry. I've tried chicken thighs in it and you can get nice crispy skin and you only use a tbsp of oil.
