Bread (ciabatta, pita, pide) and pizza.
It's small and low, but it's an awesome little machine.
I suppose I could use it to gratiner or brown dishes, but never tried

I timed my oven yesterday to get to 200°C. It only took 14 minutes which given its size (large) surprised me. I thought it would take much longer.

You can use them in winter, just as you can a BBQ, as long as there isn't too much snow or ice. I BBQ outside in cold weather all winter long. In fact, when it is really cold outside, I cold smoke things like cheeses.

I just preheated my oven to 450F. From cold to temp took 10 minutes.
