There's a place in America somewhere called Gilroy that is supposedly semi-famous for their garlic ice-cream. I imagine you'd have to go heavy on the sweet component to counteract the bitter.

Gilroy is in California and they have an annual garlic festival. This years however ended in tragedy.

The Gilroy Garlic Festival has garlic ice cream. Haven't tried it yet.
Recently I heard of a Knickerbocker glory(?) Popular in the UK? I want to try that and an Eaton Mess one day.
I read it as trying 2 things, not necessarily together.But there is no ice-cream in Eton mess.
