Ice Cream - Your Favorite Flavor?

There's a place in America somewhere called Gilroy that is supposedly semi-famous for their garlic ice-cream. I imagine you'd have to go heavy on the sweet component to counteract the bitter.
Sadly there was a massacre at the last festival a few weekend's ago.

Edit : beaten to it

..
The Gilroy Garlic Festival has garlic ice cream. Haven't tried it yet.

Yep. Mentioned garlic ice cream at the Gilroy garlic festival in post #1. Haven't tried it. Would rather try strawberry ice cream at a strawberry festival.

A friend of mine came to visit me this afternoon to greet us before leaving for the summer holidays. She brought a bowl of ice cream ( from specialist ice cream-makers) with some wafers. Dark chocolate, salted pistachio and yogurt. Heavenly!
I think I should leave more often for the holidays

Recently I heard of a Knickerbocker glory(?) Popular in the UK? I want to try that and an Eaton Mess one day.

Knickerbocker Glory is a retro delight. Eton Mess? I think I made a version and posted it here. The search facility isn't working right now so I can't find it. But there is no ice-cream in Eton mess.
