In the Spotlight ... Christmas Cookies

I must be telepathic or something. Last night, Craig said "you know what we haven't had in a long time?" I asked what. He replied "those little round pecan pie things. We should make some." We meaning me of course. So, guess I'll be making snowballs and tassies in the next month.

Why hate? I'm not sure if I'll be in the mood to make them this year or not.
 
Do you make candies or cakes for Christmas? Fruit cake, or Panettone? Peanut brittle or other confections?

I am planning on making Peppermint bark this year.
 
DD and I baked chocolate chip and macadamia nut cookies last night. Planning on doing chocolate, white chocolate chip, and macadamia nut cookies tonight.
