Is there a way to refresh my non-stick pan that has started to stick?

I've been using my scoville frying pan for over 3 years now and when I first used it you could 'fry' and egg with no oil and it would slide around the frying pan like Torvill and Dean on ice!

I've only every hand washed it (it has never been in the dishwasher) but gradually over time it has gone from being non-stick to sticking-a-bit so I was wondering if there was a trick to bringing it back to life and making it non-stick again?

I don't think there is, unfortunately. It's wear and tear.
I've got a wonderful little frying pan that my chef brother bought for me in 2022; first used it in 2023, but then my wife stuck it on the cooker, forgot about it and it frazzled around the edges. Now it sticks. I've also only washed it with a gentle washpad, soap and water (no scourers) but it still sticks.

No there isn't. When you find it, you'll making millions.

True - but I'm trying not to use too much oil/fat when frying. When I win the lottery I will get some Hexclad pans but until then a cheapo one from the supermarket it is!! ;)
Why don't you look on Amazon? If you are just looking to buy one pan you can spend about as much as you would at the supermarket but perhaps get something of better quality. Just one pan should tide you over until you hit those winning numbers, LOL.

You can't feel the weight/quality of the pans on Amazon - I always look on Amazon and eBay after I've decided what make I want to see if it's cheaper than the shop I'm in. Asda have a good selection and it's just around the corner from Dunelm so I'll take a look there first :)

Fair enough. I bought my 2 nonstick All Clad online for a great price and I love them. I just assumed they would be good quality and they are.

A lot of people are tactile and it sounds easy and convenient for you to go look in person.
