It was a good Christmas, I'm glad to have made some memories with stepson. He says his mom never celebrates Christmas with him, so I am glad I do. Yesterday with my husband was nice and relaxing too.
I've now got a cold and muscle cramps since yesterday, so did a covid self test. It's negative, if the symptoms stay I will do another test before I visit my MIL with newyears eve.

Some folks around here have packed their trimmings for another year- we are holding out until Sunday.
Most everyone on our street is still showing their lights every night.
We'll (probably) take our tree down sometime the first week in January.
