Sadly we're not hosting Christmas this year so no leftovers for us 
I'm sure we'll manage to have some turkey and stuffing sandwiches on Boxing Day though.
We have a large ham for New Years Day (that reminds me....I need to measure the pan I usually cook it in...I need a new induction-compatible one!) which should allow plenty of leftovers for ham, egg & chips. Though I'm missing a crucial ingredient for my usual turkey & ham pie....I think we may try to pick up a last-minute turkey and stick it in the freezer until we get home from my parents.

This year we smoked the turkey, and my favorite leftovers were smoked turkey pot pie and smoked turkey mac and cheese! Both freeze well and can go straight from the freezer to the oven! More leftovers than usual with so many people sick this year, but having recipes that freeze well help the leftovers stretch!
