I tend to flip back and forth, depending on the recipe I’m following.I think most experienced cooks in the US have worked in grams. It is not uncommon to find recipes in grams.
My own notes, though, I usually stick with what I was raised with. The pizzas I made today call for 1-2/3rds cups of flour, and I have a little note scribbled on the inside of the cabinet door that says 7-1/4oz.
