KitchenAid

What kitchen appliance would you say you can't cope without?
The only thing I can't do without is my hand blender - I don't have many appliances as I simply don't have the space. I don't even own mixer! I make pasta too but use a manual machine or cut it by hand. I'm sure if I has a dream kitchen then I'd have a KitchenAid on the counter, though!

I like my hand blender a lot, too! I'm a gadget person, which becomes a problem since I don't have much room, either. And I tend to think I "need" something and then not use it! My husband is an enabler... I wouldn't trade that wonderful man for the world! Happily, my KitchenAids do not fall into that category. I use them a lot! My food processor, blender, George Foreman, shake machine, and myriad other gadgets sit on the shelf collecting dust. :headshake:

I only have a small kitchen so no space for many kitchen gadgets. Whilst I do have a liquidiser and a hand blender, the kitchen aid I couldn't live without would be my scales since I like to do a fair amount of recipes.

Yes - I use scales for baking but don't use them so much foe other things - although, since I've been posting my recipes up here I've had to start measuring, weighing and writing everything down everything as I go.
