Microwaves - Love 'Em Or Hate 'Em

mainly use it for reheating leftovers & for making popcorn. Also, there's a timer setting that I use when I'm cooking something.

I discovered this by accident. I was using the microwave to help remove garlic skins* and accidentally left the cloves in too long. Rather than bin them I tried grating the hard slightly toasted garlic:

*to easily slip off the skin on garlic cloves, microwave for a few seconds.

Some stores sell the cloves peeled in a container. You can also get them chopped.
