Yeah sure a fruit salad, but I was thinking just savory salad.My family uses banana in homemade fruit salad. Slices go into individual bowls so it's fresh each time and doesn't discolor if there are leftovers.

Don´t know whether they´d have actually called it that,(they´d probably got some fancy French name) but it was definitely at St Hilda´s CollegeRanch dressing at Oxford University in the 70's?
I was going to say any sort of candy, but then I asked Professor Google and she showed me several fruit-type Salads with cut-up Snickers bars!!!
