Yeah, that is why I'm being very careful not to have all that stuff again & that it not only doesn't get used, but it creates clutter.

Anything that I get, I make sure if it justifies being needed or not, by doing some research & careful consideration. The few more things that I'm contemplating getting are justified & won't just sit somewhere and not be used.

Bought this big 8-qt. Cuisinart mixing bowl yesterday. I had no bowl big enough to handle large quantity mixing jobs by hand! (other that the stand mixer's bowl which is also 8 quarts) Come with it's own plastic lid!!
