New (old) carving set

I found this in a charity shop yesterday - a fantastic old carving set, unusual because nothing is missing or broken. It's beautifully made and the knife is sharper than any other I have. I wonder how many meals this has been used on. It will be getting used again later today on a roast chicken!

I'm not sure, but I will research them when I get time.

Looks similar to a set my parents have. Probably a wedding present.
