I've used it with chicken once in a brine and thankfully the lavender was undetectable.

I do like tarragon though, just not to where it overpowers everything else.

Lots of versions of this for sale in the UK in all supermarkets. It's a familiar herb mix in many kitchens. Not all of the mixes contain lavender. In fact most off the shelf blends don't. It's one of those herb mixes which can vary, although most contain marjoram, rosemary, oregano and thyme
