It's past meal time, but as I wait to see the New Year in, I did my last Stefano's Pepperoni Calzone and snacked on Mixed Nuts which I am able to make plenty of.
Not to mention the good days.Alcohol is easy to be addicted to, you have a bad day, have a drink, have another bad day....and so it goes on.
5:25 am? Is that a very early start or a long night? Not to mention the good days.

You are eating very well today!
Just emptying out the fridge, by Sunday Lu will be posting a picture of half a pork pie and a fish finger (nicely presented obviously). You are eating very well today!
Hey Tasty, do you cook your pork roast in the sauerkraut, or cook them separately and combine them on the plate? That's what we're having. Just this morning, I mentioned the possibility of making ElizabethB's Drunk Pork Roast:
"Yeah, so New Year's Day, I saw this great recipe on the cooking forum, called Drunk Pork Roa-"
"NO! PORK AND SAUERKRAUT AND MASHED POTATOES!"
"Yeah, but this is made with wine and-"
"PORK! SAUERKRAUT! MASHED POTATOES!"
So...we're having pork and sauerkraut and mashed potatoes.
I was going to post this elsewhere, but this seems more appropriate:Hey Tasty, do you cook your pot roast in the sauerkraut, or cook them separately and combine them on the plate?

It's all in the crockpot (pork, apple juice, wine, apples, onions, garlic, and kraut).
It does indeed taste fabulous. I tried a forkful, then MrsT tried a forkful...and another...and another...and then complained that I didn't make enough - that's a sign of good cookin'!I imagine it tastes fabulous! But I was immediately struck to think "Bad Hair Day."
