Octopus

We don't relish octopus although it is rare here. But squid? We have big squids here that is good to be broiled on charcoal. When cooked, it is dipped in lemon butter, wow, I am salivating. But the big squids are quite hard like rubber. What to do so it will have a soft texture? Clean the big squid and marinate in fresh milk for 1 hour. Yes, you had read it correctly - fresh milk.
 
I have never eaten this and probably never will!! I can not imagine eating something that looks like this. My husband has. He eats any and everything. It would probably even make me sick. It seems like it's slimy.
