One gadget!

Kettle.

That means I'm covered for both tea and pot noodle.

Its surprising but true (as I learned not long ago) that many of our American friends do not own electric kettles.

That would be low on my list as a fork can always be used instead.

Never used a fork. I like a masher that whips it into creamy mashed spud. I add butter cheese and cream. And pepper. Stick blender would be second choice.

My high-speed blender. In case there is no stove, I'm able to make piping-hot soups right in the container without a stove!!

Mine would have to be my Instant Pot because its so versatile and easy to use - its probably the gadget I use most.
