Recipe Parsley Cod en Papillote

I switched my recipe to Dover Sole en papillote - I'm not going to enter it into the challenge as I already have lots of entries - but you can see a photo here in the Parsley Oil thread.

Amazing plate bob. What type of cod is that? We get both red and blue cod. Blue cod is my fave, it's really unbelievably good. $50 kg. The red cod here.........I wouldn't give it to my cat. Blech.

Cod here is from pretty cold water. Your cod is from a coral reef. Aussie potato cod is similar to our goliath grouper.

To my knowledge we don't have coral,reefs here. Red cod are bottom feeders or scavengers, that's why they have worms.
