Passing notes at school

Hmm this could be tricky to navigate.
If we get sent here everytime we go off topic we’re not going to see a lot of the rest of our classmates 😂

We didn’t really pass notes much. We did used to pass those origami fortune tellers a lot. Anyone remember those?

My first day at school, after dipping Sally’s curls in the inkwell*:

“Whaddya mean the state outlawed paddling?! I’m goin’ back home!”






*Ok…I’m not so old we had inkwells, but dipping Sally’s curls in the pencil box doesn’t have quite the same…je ne sais quoi. Oh, and the state hadn’t outlawed paddling in 1971 - that didn’t happen until 2009.

We were having a discussion about smokers in the "What did you eat" January thread and veered far off topic. Mods created a thread about smokers and moved a bunch of the posts there, then it was joked we were going to be sent into time out...and this thread was born.
