Pasta roller?

Tried that tonight - it still didn't stop the wobbling

Weird, it stopped ours. If it's not a surface that will be hurt by dampness, try a damp towel like you would with a cutting board to.keep it from sliding. Altetnatively, try some of that anti-skid prouduct, https://www.amazon.com/dp/B003UV3FI0/ref=twister_B01MXFSOVP?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1, you put under rugs to keep them from sliding or that https://www.amazon.com/Regent-Multi-Purpose-Gripper-Bottle-Opener/dp/B019R5TSYW. I'm sure you guys in the UK will have the same or similar.

I think a more efficient clamp might be in order.....

On the Imperia machine I had I always thought that the part of the clamp that goes into the machine was far too short to get a decent lock on it - it wiggles around and comes out far too easily. No matter what I tried it always came loose....I wonder if the bar was longer it'd be more secure?

I made some pasta last night and as I was doing it I was thinking to myself how much easier it is with the Kitchenaid roller attachment :okay:

My pasta roller is a bog standard one like in the pics posted by @The Late Night Gourmet. The clamp has quite a long thread on the top end which fits into the side of the machine. The trouble is that the side of the machine is not very thick so there is actually nothing for the clamp to screw into. A G-clamp would be far better, if I can find one with a top that fits through the hole in the side of the machine.
