Pizza Q&A.

My daughter made pizza from scratch the other night, vegetarian with capsicums etc. now she had some leftover rhaita and tamarind chutney from lamb cutlets the night before. As a last thought they added rhaita and chutney after they took it out of the oven, she said it was next level good. I think I will try this too.

Two Faced Pizza
1 half was a simple red sauce with Italian sausage and Ricotto Cheese with fresh fennel frond
Second half wash a beet pizza.
Creamed beet greens instead of a sauce. Roasted beets and goat cheese. Some beet stems for texture.
