I'll pop over the shop and find myself something to eat that needs absolutely nothing doing. Then I plan to chill out for the rest of today.
It will soon be a new carPlans for today:
Shell out even more money on the car, because the mechanic reckons the clutch is only about 30% effective right now.
Watch IPL.
Buy some beer because it's Friday.
Wonder what on earth do with the rest of the day after 2pm![]()
I take butterbur for hay fever. Amazon has a standardized extract.Picked up a head cold so not doing much. Minor stuffy nose and sneezing but I've felt worse. Actually I've had worse hayfever symptoms before so I suppose I'll be alright.

That's why you have to get the ones that are processed. No butterbur tea from the wild! Just think, no hay fever but you could be belching and farting at the same time. (On a bike at that!!!Interesting.
Frightening side effects though![]()
That’s a bit too close to home right at this minute in timeThat's why you have to get the ones that are processed. No butterbur tea from the wild! Just think, no hay fever but you could be belching and farting at the same time. (On a bike at that!!!)

Shame you weren’t brought up with the old British custom of drinking warm beerI tried...
But no beer in the compound and I don't feel like driving to go and get.
I think they get tonight, but it will be warm.
Will need to cool them before drinking obviously
There would still be no beer for now ...Shame you weren’t brought up with the old British custom of drinking warm beer
A custom that has all but died out now, thank god!
Does this mean all Zambian electricity is used on keeping beer cold? Its just that there is no electricity in this area as Zambians like their beers ice and ice cold.
A warm beer in the UK would be significantly colder than one in Zambia I'd think!Shame you weren’t brought up with the old British custom of drinking warm beer
A custom that has all but died out now, thank god!
I like ice cold beer, too. There would still be no beer for now ...
Its just that there is no electricity in this area as Zambians like their beers ice and ice cold.
(I got solar power, and I also like my beers cold)
I have prescription meds for my allergies that work pretty well and are practically free with my insurance. I like going the natural route whenever possible but like SSOAP pointed out, the side effects don't seem pleasant. My prescription meds don't bother me at all.I take butterbur for hay fever. Amazon has a standardized extract.
