Plans for today (2025)

Had a job in computer networking and to be PC we couldn't use the word idiot so it was "I D 10 Tee interface engaged"...

Sunday is mostly a big breakfast/brunch day so it'll be waffle fries, poached egg, toast with beans, and my newly developed homemade juice/gatorade drink.

After that, I'll sit a while, mix up some homemade weed killer and have a go around the house with that and then replace some of the radiator fluid in the truck. Have to finish mixing up Pippi's food too.

MrsT fell like that years and years ago…sometime back in the mid-90’s, tore all her ligaments and stuff around her ankle, and all this time later, it still gives her problems, unfortunately.

Yeah, torn ligaments are a doozy. I don't know what's up with the knee, but that ankle def has torn ligaments. I've never seen such a bad sprain. It's still 3x the size it was.

Well he used to heal fast when he was young but he doesn't quite realize that 57 is not the new 25. He could heal in a week or 2 back then but that ship has sailed I am afraid.

Well, we all have our moments I suppose, though I don't know if a person being grumpy with their spouse qualifies as being an idiot. It's more like being a jerk. I have qualified for that position more than once, LOL.

And now my neighbors are being jerks because their idiot dogs are outside barking at each other. Again.

For the record, I found the source of her pissy behavior - not only has she not lost the eight pounds she put on over the holidays, but she’s added another two pounds…which she is blaming on the afternoon tea (and the leftovers) we had at Easter.

Well it's your fault she didn't eat a little less...:laugh:

I was pissy with my DH a few days ago for a few minutes (well I wasn't really pissy with him but I was quiet and not smiling, which is unusual for me and he asked if I was mad at him about something) because I got a camera ticket in the mail from when I was working up in Parma. They had one of those traffic cams set up and I was going 35 in a 25. I am not from around there and wasn't familiar with the speed and was just trying to find the store I needed to be at for my work project and I guess I got a little heavy footed, but 35 mph isn't exactly speed racer momentum. %*$&*@ Parma, OH. I like the name but their traffic ordinances suck. Edited to add: $145 ticket. And an additional $5 if I pay with credit card online.

And I was indeed pissy with him yesterday when I woke up because I hadn't slept much the night before (me tending to his self-induced injuries), also knowing that I have a week or more ahead of him groaning and moaning about being hurt.
