Who knows it might be, I’m yet to experiment with the ‘Caputo’ gluten free flour I bought and from all reports with is high percentage of deglutenised wheat starch it’s a bit of a winner

Plenty of options for gluten free beer from all supermarkets here. Which might be best for pretzels though, I am not sure...

Gluten free beer is actually very good indeed.
It tends to go through more filtration so for example if someone has a normal ‘Speckled Hen’ beer and the gluten free ‘Speckled Hen they always remark that it’s smoother and they prefer it.
I know! Something gluten free that’s actually better off gluten free!
