Raisins in Baking

I love raisins in everything, I do not understand how someone could not like raisins in their food. My favorite thing to make is raisin bread. It just has a that cinnamon raisin quality that I love. I also enjoy a nice raisin oatmeal in the morning.

I am with you on this one Layton. Last Sunday I made a banana bread and I was happy to toss some raisins in even though the recipe did not call for any. Yummy was the result and I thank the raisins for their contribution to a great final product.
