Raw cabbage anyone?

I like cabbage, mainly the green type, so long as it’s not cooked to within an inch of its life as my Mother did often

I'm probably weird given I have 'gourmet' tastes but I rather like over-cooked green cabbage.

I love raw cabbage. Love the crunch and love the flavour. I probably use it most in coleslaw, but I´m very partial to some cabbage, finely chopped, in a salad, oil, citrus juice and a touch of sugar and ginger. A friend introduced me to "3 cabbage slaw" (white, red and Napa) so I then branched out and bought some bok choy and pak choy in the Chinese markets and made a 3 cabbage Asian-style slaw. Yummy.

I'd eat that! I typically don't like slaw, mayonnaise based anyway. Weird because I do like mayonnaise, apparently just not with cabbage.

I like cabbage sliced moderately thin and tossed in a Vinaigrette, rest that over night and I'm gonna eat it
