Raw cabbage anyone?

Try it sometime. I'll make you a deal, you try cabbage on a burger, and I'll try... beets on a burger. :eek::laugh:

I love raw cabbage. Love the crunch and love the flavour. I probably use it most in coleslaw, but I´m very partial to some cabbage, finely chopped, in a salad, oil, citrus juice and a touch of sugar and ginger. A friend introduced me to "3 cabbage slaw" (white, red and Napa) so I then branched out and bought some bok choy and pak choy in the Chinese markets and made a 3 cabbage Asian-style slaw. Yummy.
