Recipe or Wing It?

I'm a little from column A & a little from column B. I might have the intention to follow a recipe but I inevitably free-ball it once I'm in the kitchen. I've always been that way. I'd say the only real recipe I follow to a T is my mother's Thanksgiving stuffing. Not because I don't WANT to try things with it but because it has a special place in my heart & my tummy.
