Phenomenal! My long-time, or long-term wish, to make one.Okonomiyaki. This one has lup cheong & the brown sauce is Korean bulgogi marinade, the sprinkle is salted egg yolk furikake & then topped with pickled ginger.

In fairness, we were in Wooster proper, so not really Amish…but there was an Amish family eating there. Maybe they came into town for the avocados!TR, you both skipped the avocado toast -- and Amish favorite.
