Morning Glory don't look ...

This is a very typical breakfast back home in Hawaii.
Vienna Sausages fried crisp
American-Style Scrambled Eggs
steamed White Rice (not shown is the Aloha brand Shoyu & Furikake atop that pile of Rice)
All washed down with a glass of POG aka Passion fruit-Orange-Guava Juice (sorry, not shown)
DH was over the moon with his dish.
"MAN! We haven't this in a long time, how come? This is my favorite!"
Well, we've been a little busy in the last few months ...

Now, let's not forget the canned Sardines, Onions & Rice, another "local favorite" in Hawaii!
DANG IT ALL!
I can't find my photo of that plate ... I guess DH is having that for lunch tomorrow!
Me, I can't stand that stuff, I can barely plate it up, but I will for the photo-op :laugh:
 
My DH says that I'm weird, that I don't eat regular breakfast items.
Yeah, kinda I do, sometimes...

This is a Stuffin' Muffin. I make my Dressing/Stuffing/Filling as my DH calls it to go with our Turkey dinner and I make sure to have extra.
Once cooled, I pack it into Muffin tins, freeze it and eat it later, mostly this way, for me! :D with a runny fried egg on top, which DH does not care for.

Oooohhhhh! That's soul-satisfying delicious!
I washed it all down with another glass of POG or Passion Fruit-Orange-Guava juice, perfect!!!!
