I've seen a few recipes online for Coconut Syrup, I bring mine home from Hawaii.
I've also seen it for sale on line, I like Hawaiian Sun brand

Ooh, Mac nut Pancakes with Coconut Syrup, ONO (that's Hawaiian for delicious)!!

I have macadamia nuts in my cupboard. I also have white chocolate. Cookies!

We finally got Food Trucks here in Cowboyville Arizona USA, and this is one of our favorites.

Apple Fritter the size of a large dinner plate and chock full of diced Apples, YUM!

A Breakfast Burrito with Sweet Bell Peppers, Onions, diced Fried Potatoes, scrambled Eggs, Bacon and Cheese, huge!
We shared and it was delicious!!!!!!!!
They also have a brick and mortar shop, but that's a good 40 minutes away, which is why they got this Food Truck and are located in a parking lot only 15 minutes from our house, not bad.
