Greek yoghurt with fresh mango

Hash made with tater tots, some of the bacon from my burger last night, onions, red bell and poblano peppers, a small piece of dill pickle also from last night, and eggs, 1 for me, 2 for Craig. I don't like runny egg so it got broke to cook some. Not pretty, but tasty.

Eta: can't post picture, it shows up as black Square.
 
We needed fruit yesterday, so when I saw the price of raspberries and blueberries or blackberries at A$7.99 for a tiny punnet, and strawberries at A$3.99 for twice the weight, we had strawberries instead.

Hotel Breakfast

Our routine usually is that I go down to the mornings Breakfast Buffet, hunt & gather what I think would be appropriate for each diner.
Today's offerings, which changes every day by the way, at the hot bar were Cheese Omelette, American-Style Biscuits and Country Gravy as well a Breaded Chicken Patty.
A frozen Breaded Chicken Patty, I'd never seen that before.

Granted, we haven't stayed in a hotel with a hot breakfast in quite sometime, but ya know, if you dip a bite of that patty into the Country Gravy it's not half bad!
Then I realized that the choices that I made for DH were ALL CARBS! :eek:
DH: that was delicious, thank you!
Moi: thank you, I made this all myself

He was as happy as a clam.
[edit - I forgot, I'd never made us a waffle before either]
Missing in the photo is coffee from our traveling Keurig and Cranberry juice I always bring along from home. Also the fruit to the side there I brought from home to munch on through out the day while we're stuck here in the hotel room until we can be released by the doc. We need to have a follow up procedure, so I figured why go back and forth 🤷‍♀️ just stay here.
 
Ya know, that ⬆️ was tasty *blech*
For my plate, I drizzled some of the Salsa on the Omelette and gravy on the Chicken Patty, some juice and I'm stuffed!
DH went back to bed, poor dear. He's having a time of all of this 💩 with the doctors and hospital, he wants this all to be done and go home and I can't say as I blame him one bit!
Monday, it'll all be over with, then we'll motor towards home, up the mountain; albeit nerve wracking for me to drive it, I don't let on to DH ... I don't want him to be concerned over that, seeing as he can't drive...
