We were talking about Poaching Eggs and how some of us achieve them.
I want to say that karadekoolaid showed us his method utilizing Plastic Wrap...

I forgot to spray the cling film before adding the Egg - duly noted - added a small pinch of Salt & dried Chives.
Just a touch fuzzy, but I really wanted a Poached Egg and Toast.
 
We had various stuff left from last night's nachos, but not enough to make more for even 1 of us. So, I had the bright idea of making nacho omelettes! Added some sauteed onions and red bell peppers, and used up all but a little pico and cheese sauce. Very, very good. I'd make nachos again just to have leftovers for these.

Looks lovely, but the nachos are no longer crispy I suppose?

While this breast implant method of cooking eggs is intriguing, I wonder if it's possible for them to not look like either balloons or fried eggs. I foresee variables.

Hey, it works. Never mind the quality, feel the width. :laugh: :laugh: :laugh:
I learned this from a restaurant I once went to, and they had a special mould which made the eggs perfectly round.
I'm not so picky, but I did manage 12 poached eggs for 6 people at the same time - on top of toasted baguette, smoked salmon, capers and garlic butter!
The mimosas at 10am probably eliminated any negative comments!
