Hi,
I don't post much but I do read things here.
I'm looking for a recommendation for a new stainless steel cooking pan for my toaster oven. The size I'm using now is 11 inch long, 8 inch wide and 1 inch tall. Something near this size would be ideal. When I look to Amazon the reviews on everything I find all say the trays warp and, despite their descriptions, most are not really stainless steel because, per their reviews, they stain so badly. Also looking for a pizza pan for this toaster oven about 12 inch in diameter.

Forty plus years ago I went to a restaurant supply store and bought a couple top-of-the-line stainless steel pans and a baking tray. I use them daily and they still look like new today. On the botton they're stamped: "Cuisine-Cookware series Hotel/Professional Designed in the USA and manufactured in Korea". I don't think they are any longer in business, or I should say I've never found any with the round, (not flat) easy grip handles like mine. Fortunately I have never needed to replace them. I do cook a lot in the toaster oven and would really appreciate it if I could find a similar quality stainless steel cooking tray for my convection toaster oven.
Any recommendations, anyone?
Thank you.

Is a toaster oven the same as an oven? Just smaller?
Correct, its the same but it's just smaller than a regular oven. Mine is the same as a regular oven, except there are many cheap toaster ovens on the market that don't have near the capability of a regular oven.

Are you able to post a pic or two of the current ones you’re using, just so we have an idea of what you’re looking for?

Mine is an Emeril 9-in-1 that sits on my countertop. It's great for when I don't want to heat up my oven wen cooking something small, plus it's an airfryer, convection oven, rotisserie, dehydrator, etc.

steveX I don't have a recommendation as I use the tray that came with it, plus some old trays I kept from my previous Black n Decker and one I bought from Bed, Bath and Beyond before they went under.

steel - stainless or other . . . does tend to warp, especially when exposed to radiant heat. a toaster oven, being smaller, the elements are (usually) without choice "closer" to the pan.

I would go with thickish aluminum. it conducts heat much better and hence less prone to warping.

hi,
I'm looking for something like this - 8 inch wide and 11 inch long and not more than an inch high - preferrably in stainless steel. I don't care for aluminum, unless its sandwiched in stainless. It seems to dent easily but mostly because no matter how hard you scrub it, a black oxide comes off on the scrubbing pad and possibly in the food cooked. I've heard some European countries have banned the use of aluminum in cooking pans.
