I like my salmon spread with a sour cream or french onion variation. The sourness adds quite a punch and I've always liked the taste and smell of onion. I usually add in some chopped leeks and tomatoes for a fuller dip.
Well I made this last night and it was a huge success. Everyone loved it. I should have made more because it was gone in no time. I liked the garlic in it. I will definitely be making this again. I also highly recommend it to anybody wanting to try it. You won't be disappointed.
