Hi, can anyone point me in the right direction of some really good stir fry sauces, the ones I find in supermarkets don't really pack enough punch, I'm looking for jars thst have a good fridge life too. Tia

Welcome, is it Asian stir fry sauces you are after? Your local Chinese or Korean supermarket will have the authentic ones, I know from my mistakes that the main supermarket versions just taste watered down and very sugary.

I'd agree with TVC - find a Chinese of oriental supermarket and you'll surely be able to get something really good.
However, if you want to make one yourself (which will last ofr ages in the fridge) then there are probably a dozen or more people on here who could give you a recipe.
