I would say I'm not a fan of very hot food, but my standard for 'very hot' is quite high. You see, as a partial Indonesian I grew up with chillies in just about anything. But my relatives come from Sumatra, which is a 'milder' island than say, Bali.
So almost anything I cook gets it's share of chillies, either powdered or fresh. The fresh red chilli on my pizza Diavola I no longer even notice, so that shows how adjusted my taste buds are. But I dislike overpowering heat, like naga chillies and further on the scoville scale. Anything up to madame Jeanette is pleasant to me.
I like mild cheese
Mild alcohol if I ever drink some (cider, mead), no harder stuff
I like only milk and white chocolate, unless it is for baking
I don't drink coffee, only tea
I like almost everything else with lots of spices and garlic, so probably strong tasting
