The Alphabet Game: Dishes using Za'atar

I've come to the conclusion that there isn't a single Italian food or drink which begins with H. In fact there aren't even many words at all in Italian beginning with H! First time we have ever got stuck...

We could settle for 'Hamburger' which is an imported word - but hardly an Italian food!

J is also impossible. My son has an Italian friend here tonight and I asked her - she couldn't come up with anything! I have found one thing via Googling - but it isn't my turn. Its not a food or drink but an Italian brand of drink.

I suspect K might be just as impossible. Why is Italian so restricted in terms of consonants? I suppose its the classic Latin language and its close to its roots. @Duck59 might be able to elucidate.
