The Alphabet Game: Dishes using Za'atar

Rowan jelly - I associate rowans (or mountain ash) with Scotland. I've no doubt that rowans naturally occur elsewhere, but I'm not sure that jelly from the fruit does. A very long time ago, I ate rowan jelly with grouse (another Scottish connection).

We did a 7 week tour of the U.K. About 15 years ago, I tried to giggle the tour we did of a whiskey factory, I think it was the one on the Isla river. In Scotland. It was interesting.
