The Alphabet Game: Dishes using Za'atar

White Chocolate Pear Souffle Cake - This is one of the desserts that a Calif. woman served at her "Elegant Hungarian Dinner" in honor of her Hungarian mother. It is made with pears poached in Hungarian Tokay Wine. The souffle is made with slivovitz brandy.
