I could post up the recipe I found. But I've never made it. It uses Port which is a little unusual.

It wouldn't be the first time that I've came across that in a mushroom soup. Not sure I have any real use for Port though other than this recipe so I may have to think about an alternative such as Sherry which I have also seen used in mushroom soups and already have.
