It was one of the first dishes I learned to make back in the late 70's. Its very easy, very rich & very delicious. Main ingredients: potatoes, cream and most importantly, sprats. A lot of recipes use anchovies instead of sprats and that works well too.
Rollmops. I've always loved that name. But, I just found out that the mops part of the name refers to the German word for a pug (the roll part is pretty obvious).
