The Alphabet Game: Dishes using Za'atar

I know - I just think its either too difficult or far too easy. I suppose it doesn't really matter. Its a silly game really anyway! The most interesting thing about it is when we discover new dishes. Or at least, that is what I like about it.

Maybe, name a herb and suggest a dish which uses it?

It's a spice blend made with common spices that most cooks have. It can be bought or made at home.

Yes, eggs baked with zaatar. (I have a little zaatar left I made a few weeks ago, so I might try this as I got eggs delivered with my veg box today.)

I looked it up. Fresh thyme and marjoram are not available here, afaik. I've not seen sumac either.
