I don't think there are any rules...I seem to recall the first one was just a generic alphabet game, about any food-related item, without getting regional.

That's true but it got boring being able to choose any food or drink. No-one is pretending this is a brain game but it does make it a bit more interesting to have a theme. Cajun could be quite a challenge though as a lot of members won't know anything much about Cajun cooking. How about, as you chose Achiote we choose the theme 'red'? So any red food or drink counts.
